- Target
- +8%Reach $10,800 to pass.
- Max loss

To pass
- Target
- $10,800Equity at or over the target on 2 marks in a row, 1 minute apart, or at a session’s close.
- Activity
- 20 tradesOn 10 trading days or more. A trade counts when it opens a new position risking $50 or more.
- Best day
- 40%No single day’s gain over 40% of the profit, close to close.
- Process
- 70A process score of 70 or more over all your challenge trades, with at most 2 Blunders. A trade still open is graded as if you sold it at its latest price.
Your clock
- Length
- 20 sessionsYour run’s own 20 trading sessions, from the day you start: join after the close and the next session is your first. Holidays don’t count.
- Passing
- You pass the moment every rule is met, checked every minute and at each close. There’s no waiting for an end date.
- Time’s up
- If your 20 sessions end without a pass, the run ends there. Positions still open are valued at the closing bid; close them yourself for a better price.
- New run
- 1After a breach, one new run with a fresh $10,000 and a fresh clock, 24 hours later.
- Season
- Season 0 is the group you’re ranked with: everyone who joins it, each on their own clock.
- Funded
- Passing makes you Funded for Season 0.
Who can enter
- Age
- 18+18 or older.
- Where
- USUS residents: the 50 states and DC.
- One each
- One Optix account per person, and one run at a time.
- Agents
- Automatic agent rules don’t run on challenge accounts. An agent’s order waits for your approval, every time.
Every trade
- Per trade
- $200The most one trade can lose, fees included.
- Per stock
- $200The most your open trades on one stock can lose together.
- Headroom
- All your open risk must fit between your equity and the max-loss floor.
- Structures
- Long calls and puts, debit spreads and butterflies. Nothing that sells an option the trade doesn’t cover.
- Expiry
- 1+ dayNo same-day expiries.
- Liquidity
- Each leg needs open interest of 250 or more, 25 or more traded the session before, and a bid-ask spread of 10% of its midpoint or $0.05 at most. A spread trade’s whole spread: 15% at most.
- Stock
- $5Any stock or ETF with listed options, at $5 or more.
- Quotes
- 15 secondsAn order is checked on quotes 15 seconds old at most.
- Fees
- $0.65Per contract, per leg, when a trade opens and when it closes. None at expiry.
- Thesis
- Every order comes from a thesis with your chance. The process score grades it.
How equity is marked
- Price
- Long legs at the bid, short legs at the ask: what closing now would get. A spread is never worth less than zero or more than its width.
- When
- 9:35 AM ETEvery minute from 9:35 AM ET to the close. Opening quotes are too wide to count before then.
- Confirm
- 2 marksA run ends on 2 marks in a row at or under a limit, at least 1 minute apart. On your run’s last minute, one is enough.
- Stale
- 1 minuteA quote older than 1 minute is stale, and a stale mark never ends a run. A leg with no fresh quote keeps its last mark for 5 minutes, then counts at what it’s worth if exercised.
- Each day
- $300The daily loss limit starts from the previous session’s close (the start on day one).
